Stewart McDonald MP called on the UK Government to use LIBOR funding to promote the bicentenary of the birth of Glasgow's Alexander 'Greek' Thomson. David Mundell, Secretary of State for Scotland, promised his Government would do all it can to support the bi-centenary.
